It gives me immense pleasure to welcome you to the Royal College of Pharmaceutical Education and Research (RCPER), an esteemed institution affiliated with Savitribai Phule Pune University and accredited by the Pharmacy Council of India, New Delhi, as well as the Directorate of Technical Education (DTE), Mumbai.

The Khatoon Education Society, established in 1990 under the visionary leadership of my late father, Abdul Muttalib, has steadfastly aimed to empower Muslim minorities and foster their active participation in our nation's development. In 2007, we ventured into the realm of healthcare education with the inception of the B. Pharmacy course under Savitribai Phule Pune University. Since then, with unwavering support from our community, our humble institution has evolved into a comprehensive healthcare campus offering diverse programs such as D. Pharmacy, M. Pharmacy, Bachelor in Physiotherapy, and Bachelor in Unani Medicine.

I extend my heartfelt congratulations to my esteemed colleagues, dedicated staff, and diligent students for their tireless efforts in elevating our institution to this prestigious stature. We have embraced the vision of empowering future healthcare professionals with knowledge, skills, and compassion.
